Welding fixture is regarded as important production process equipment. which obtain wide application in every field. Due to easy to operate and can get accurate assembling location without measurement, therefore it can ensure precision of assembly and speed up process of assembling work ,at the same time ,on account of assembling precision and controlling welding distortion, it can improve weldment’s compatibility. mating hole and slot can change from first machining to after machining ,which can avoid difficulty that large weldment are welded ,and is beneficial to shorten lead time, and improve welding productivity . Suspension base of forklift seat is composed of sheet mental that is punched ,precision requirement is low , medium lot .this passage is to design this professional fixture for this set of parts .the main content include fixture’s whole design scheme ,design principle and specific design process . besides, make a simple description for jig debugging、usage and maintenance.
