新型城镇化 | 56 上海城镇化发展的瓶颈剖析 资本循环与竞争优势： Capital Circuit and Competitive Advantage: A Theoretical Analysis of Impediments of Shanghai’s Urbanization 石 崧 　 　　　文章编号1673-8985（2013）01-0056-05 中图分类号TU981 文献标识码B 摘 要 随着城镇化逐步成为国家战略要义之一，作为中国最大规模城市的上海 ，其城镇化的路径选择显得尤为关键 。基于对上海城镇化发展 特征的分析 ，整合 “资本循环 ”与 “竞争优势阶段论 ”的分析 ，提出诠释上海城镇化进程的 “资本逻辑 ”，并运用此理论工具来剖析上 海城市发展的内生瓶颈 。依据近30年的实证数据分析 ，认为土地财政和地产经济的路径依赖 ，打断了资本三次循环的正常链条 ，从而使 上海跨越了创新驱动的阶段 ，从投资驱动跃升至财富驱动 ，从而带来发展的困境 。 Abstract With urbanization gradually becomes one of national strategies, Shanghai, as Chinas largest city, its urbanization path is particularly critical. By analyzing the characteristics of urban development in Shanghai and integrating the theories of capi tal circuit and competitive advantage, this article proposes capital logics of urbanization as a theoretical tool to analyze the inner impediment of Shanghai’s urban development.
