1设计意图
整个建筑组群由场地中心的24层主体塔楼和两翼的8层建筑组
成，在围护结构允许的范围内最大化地利用了场地和空间。主体建
筑椭圆的外形模糊了其方向性，很难分清前、后立面，但却传达了
一种从依希 （法国城市）到巴黎，从街道到环城路，从陆地到河流
的动感。边缘的弱化处理降低了建筑的强硬感，暗示出民主的空间
与场地景观互动的愉悦感受。
