93 | 城市研究 上海城市边缘区的特征研究* Study on the Features of Shanghai Urban Fringe Area 吴 娟 文章编号1673-8985（2013）01-0093-07 中图分类号TU982 文献标识码A 摘 要 作为城市-乡村的交界地带，城市边缘区具有经济发展相对滞后、社会构成复杂、生态环境脆弱等特点，在开发活动的动态演变过程 中，对城市整体空间结构及城市经济发展都具有十分重要的作用。作为城市化过程最为快速的地区，上海城市边缘区承载着乡村向城 市转换，推动着城市结构与形态的不断发展变化。选取上海近30年的城市发展空间与数据资料作为研究基础，通过遥感、地理信息系 统等技术手段，对上海边缘区空间演变情况进行分析。通过对现状演变发展情况的总结，尝试从空间、用地结构、开发项目类型3个方 面对上海城市边缘区开发特征进行总结，作为国内其他城市边缘区开发的经验借鉴。 Abstract As the transition area of urban and rural area, urban fringe features of economic development lag, complicated social structure, fragile ecological environment and so on. In the process of urban development, urban fringe plays an important role in urban space structure and economy development. The development in urban fringe is the fastest. Shanghai urban fringe area is the transition space between urban and rural, promoting the urban structure and forming continuous development. The article selects the last 3 decades of Shanghai urban developed space and data as the research basis. Through the RS and GIS technology, it studies the Shanghai edge area spatial evolution.
