The task of urban systematic planning of sculpture is to design the sculpture system in urban master planning and to make the specific planning control and management measures in themes and subjects, body mass scale, the background of space, line of sight control and land demand. For the issue of non- standard in planning and management, we discusses the mission and principles in urban sculptures system plan and conducted an in-depth exploration from early research, content of planning and technical route of preparation, the procedures of examination and approval and planning requirements.
