The traditional planning method of ideal blueprint is more and more passive when it meets the complicated and fickle situation. This article is based on the planning organization of China (Shanghai) pilot free trade zone. It collected the classical construction projects in the zone and analyzed the characteristics and trends of the spatial development in the market economy system. It proposed the concept of integration land and new method of planning organization on the base of the experience in foreign countries.
