The original casting process was simulated, some shrinkages occurred, and then some 库 r chills were used to optimize the original casting process. The simulation results showed that it could not eliminate the o defects. Finally a new joint face, some risers and chills were used, the simulation results showed that the new process 例 . eliminated those defects.
