: 采用扩压因子的径向分布作为一种非等功设计方法, 给出该方法的理论推导和计算公式,
并编制相应的设 算程序和叶片成型程序, 根据程序设计了一个轴流风机. 利用Numeca/Fine
软件对轴流风机进行了模拟计算, 并将模拟计算结果与程序设 算结果进行了比较与分析, 结果
表明: 所推导及编制的设 算程序和叶片成型程序是合理可行的. 在此基础上, 讨论了扩压因子
流型的一些应用规律.

Abstract An inequable work design method based on radial distribution of thediffusion factor was put for-

ward. The theoretical derivation and calculation formula for the method were presented, and corresponding
programs for design and modeling the blade were programmed. An axial fan was designed according to the

program. The numerical simulation was carried out for theaxial fan by Numeca/Fine software, and the re-
sults was compared with that obtained by program designing. Results show that the program for designing
