眼科研究2009年 11月第 27卷第 11期 1O15 · · 实 验 研 究 · 阿司匹林对半乳糖性 白内障抑制作用的实验研究 喻继兵 周 辉 Theprevention effectofaspirin on galactosecataract YuJibing，ZhouHui．Departmentof0phthalmology，AffiliatedHospitalofMedicalCollegeofNingboUniversity， Ningbo315020，China Abstract Objective Experimentalresearchdemonstratedthatoxidativedamageleadstoformationofcataractinratsand itsmachanism isthedeclineofactivitiesofsuperoxidedisinutase(SOD)，glutathioneperoxidase(GSH—PX)andcatalase(CAT)． Aaspirincan improvetheantioxidativeability oflens．Thepurposeofthisstudywastoobservethe inhibition ofaspirin onD- Galactose—induced cataractouslensesofrats． M ethods Galactosecataractmodelwasestablishedin40 cleaningW istarratsby intraperitonealinjectionof20mL／kg80％ D—Galactosefor10days．Themodelsweredividedintomodelgroup(20rats)and aspiringroup(20rats)．150mg／kgofaspirinwasadministeredimmediatelybygastrogavaginginaspiringroupofr20days．Other 20 nornlalW istarratswereascontrolgroup．Atday3，6，10，14，20，thetransparency ofratlenseswasobserved underthe slit lampmicroscopy．Atday 5 after experiment，theultrastructureofthe lenseswasexamined and evaluated underthe scanning electron microscopy．The activities ofSOD ，GSH-PX and CAT were detected by Coomassie BrilliantBlue color eomparator， respectively．Theuseofexperimentalanimalfollowed the Regulationsofrthe Administration ofAffairConcerningExperimental AnimalsbyStateScienceandTechnologyCommission． Results Alllensesweretransparentin theratsofcontrolgroup．The degreeoflensopacitywasmoremildin aspringroupcomparedwithmodelgroup．25．00％ ，41．67％ ，58．33％ ，83．33％ oflenses in aspirin group showedswelling atday6，10，14，20，respectively，but65％ lenseswere opacity in modelgroup on day3 and 100％ lenseswerenuclearcataractsin6 days．Thest
