中国中西医结合杂志2001年5月第2l卷第5期 ．『J占床论著· 双黄升白冲剂对化疗引起骨髓抑制的临床研究 及小鼠骨髓超微结构的观察 徐振晔 朱晏伟 周卫东 张 晖 鞠艳芳 赵丽红 邓海滨 吴 继 沈德义 张蕙 内容提要 目的：观察中药双黄升白冲剂对肿瘤化疗患者的升白疗效及对小鼠骨髓造血微环境的作 用。方法：选择主要为复治的非小细胞肺癌及乳腺癌、胃癌、肠癌患者，随机分为4组。治疗1组(28侧) 为化疗同时服用双黄升白冲剂；治疗2组(27侧)为WBC4x100／L始用双黄升白冲剂；对照1组(33例) 为化疗同时服用茜草双酯；对照2组(24例)为WBC4 x100／L始用茜草双酯。并做实验研究电镜观察 小鼠骨髓超微结构。结果：升白疗效总有效率治疗1组为75．00％，治疗2组为88．89％；对照1组为 54．55％，对照2组为58．33％。治疗组与对照组比较差异有显著性(P0．01)。双黄升白冲剂对小鼠骨 髓有良好的保护、改善造血微环境的作用。结论：中药双黄升白冲剂对化疗后骨髓受抑制肿瘤患者具有明 显的保护和治疗作用。 关键词 A黄升白冲剂 化疗骨髓抑制 升白细胞 骨髓微环境 Clinical and Experimental Study on Effect of Shuanghuang Shengbal Granule on Myelosuppression Induced by Chemotherapy and UItrastructure Observation of Bone Marrow in Mice XU Zhen—ye，ZHU Yan—wei。 ZHOU Wei—dor曙，et al Department of Oncotogy，Longhua Hospital，Shahghai University of TCM， Shar ghai(200032) Objective：To observe the leukocyte increasing effects of shuanghuang Shet~gbai Granule(SHSBG)in tumor patients treated by chemotherapy(CT)and its function on bone marrow hematopoietic micmenviron— ment in mice．Methods：Patients of non·small—cell lung cane~_di~and breast，gastric or intestinal cancer，who were retreated with CT，were enrolled and divided into 4 groups randomly．The 28 cases in the treated group 1 received SHSBG and CT simultaneously．The 27 cases in the treated group 2 also received firstly CT，and SHSBG startedwhenWBC count1oweredtolessthan 4x10 ／L afterCT The contro1 group 1 and 2( =33 and n 24)was treated by the method similar to that applied to the treated group 1 and 2 respectively but with Rubidate instead of SHSBG．Experimental study of observing bone marrow ultrastructure in mice was al— so conducted with electron microscopy．Results：The total leukocyte increasing effec
