基于Silverlight 的数字城市信息平台的建设 摘要 随着城市信息化建设的加快，信息交流的速度、规模与质量超过了任何一个时期，并且同时面临着要实现跨地区、跨行业、跨部门间的信息交换、信息共享与信息协同处理的难题。基于Silverlight 的数字城市信息平台就是要在高速网络环境及地理信息技术等相关技术的支撑下，在统一的空间标准体系及相关的技术标准体系的指导下，有机整合城市信息资源，实现信息的共享与互操作。 基于Silverlight 的数字城市信息平台的建设参考邯郸市规划局、邯郸市基础地理信息中心已经建立的邯郸市城市规划管理信息系统进行开发，是基于小型非集群服务的浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server)模式设计的WebGIS系统，软件设计平台使用Microsoft Visual Studio 2008,设计语言为C#,空间数据库选用Access，数据引擎选用SuperMap SDX+，Web服务器为Microsoft IIS,开发组件选用SuperMap Objects嵌入式开发组件，地图服务器选用SuperMap IS.NET，开发环境采用SuperMap iClient for Silverlight，地图制作编辑和设计平台为SuperMap Deskpro。 关键词： 城市地理信息； WebGIS； C#； iClient；SilverlightAbstract Along with urban informationization constructions quickening, communications speed, the scale and the quality have surpassed any time, and simultaneously faces must realize exchange of information, the information sharing and the information coordination processing between trans-regional, the cross profession, the trans-departmental difficult problem.
