2015年第36卷第1期增刊 宁夏地区育肥后期肉羊日粮中 添加膨化尿素应用研究 ■ 何立荣 许 迟 武森林 李海庆 邢泽光 （宁夏大北农科技实业有限公司，宁夏银川 750200） 摘 要：研究旨在探讨宁夏地区育肥后期肉羊日粮中膨化尿素的适宜添加量。采用完全随机单位 组设计方法，选择体重（23.18±1.63）kg、年龄及生理状态相近的滩寒杂交肉羊40只，根据膨化尿素添加 量的不同随机分为4组：A1、A2、A3、A4组，饲养管理条件一致，试验期85d。结果显示：①随着日粮尿 素添加量的增大，各试验组氮的表观消化率有下降的趋势，A3组氮的表观消化率最高；②随着日粮尿 素添加量的增大，试验羊的生长速度有增加的趋势，在试验末期A3、A4组活体重量显著高于A1组（P 0.05），A3组累计增重、平均日增重显著高于A1组；③随着日粮尿素添加量的增大，试验肉羊SUN有增 大的趋势，各试验组间表现出了极显著的差异（P0.01）。研究表明：育肥后期肉羊日粮中添加膨化尿 素14g/d，相对于其他试验组，能显著增加肉羊的日增重，提高饲料中氮的利用率。 关键词：膨化尿素；氮表观消化率；SUM；滩寒杂交肉羊 doi： 10.13302/ki.fi.2015.Z1.013 中图分类号：S816.15 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1001-991X（2015）Z1-0047-03 ApplicationofsheepfatteningaddedextrudedureainNingxiaregion HeLirong,XuChi,WuSenlin,LiHaiqing,XingZeguang Abstract Thepresentstudywasconductedtoexploretheoptimumaddingamountofpuffingureainfatten⁃ ： ingsheepdiets. 40 Tan×Hancrossbredsheepswererandonmlyallottedtooneoffourdietarytreatments basedonbodyweight （23.18± 1.63）kg,ageandphysiologicalstatus.ThetreatmentswereincludedA1, A2,A3,andA4,whichaccordingtothepuffingureaaddedamount.Theexperimentlasted85d.Theresults showedthatthenitrogenapparentdigestibilityexpressedadecreasedtendencyaspuffingureaincreased. Astheincrementofdietarypuffingureaconcentration, theserumureanitrogenhasanincreasedtendency.Therewasanextremelysignificantdifferenceamong treatments(P0.01).Inconclusion,fatteningsheepdietscontainaconcentrationof 14 g/dpuffingurea couldsignificantlyincreaseaveragedailygainandimprovethefeednitrogenutilization.
