Objective T o study t he cyto compatibility o f sev eral biomater ials such as polyhydro xy buty rate po ly hy dr ox yv aler ate( PH BV w ith human f ibro blast cell and pr ovide the bet ter mater ials fo r vascular tissue engineer ing . Methods T he f ibro blast cell w er e cultur ed o n the surf ace o f sever al biomater ials in v itro , then the mor pho lo gical characters w er e o bserv ed w ith fluorescence micr oscope and cell pro lif er atio n w ere detected w ith M T T assay . In addition , the biomaterials contact ang le w er e measured . Results In all bio materials, PH BVs co ntact ang le w as the smallest and its cytoco mpatibilit y is the best .
