临床骨科杂志 JournalofClinicalOrthopaedics 2013Dec；16(6) ·677 · ■ doi：10．3969／j．issn．1008-0287．2013．06．031 · 临床论著 · 关节镜下单排带线锚钉固定治疗 I、Ⅱ型骨性 Bankart 损伤 孙鲁宁，沈计荣，袁 滨 摘要：目的 探讨关节镜下单排带线锚钉固定治疗 I、Ⅱ型肩关节骨性Bankaa损伤的临床效果。方法 在关 节镜下采用单排带线锚钉对 11例肩关节前向不稳伴 I、Ⅱ型骨性 Banka~损伤患者进行复位固定。术后行渐 进性康复训练。手术前后采用Rowes评分和UCLA评分系统进行评估，并了解术后肩关节稳定性和活动度。 结果 患者均获24个月随访 。Rowes评分：术前和术后24个月分别为20分 ±7．07分和90分 ±2．74分 (P 、 0．05)；UCLA评分：术前和术后24个月分别为6．20分 ±1．30分和29．20分 ±1．10分 (P0．05)；患者肩关节 运动能力均较术前改善。结论 关节镜下单排带线锚钉固定治疗 I、Ⅱ型骨性Bankart损伤具有创伤小、固定 可靠的优点，能够很好地恢复肩关节稳定性和运动功能。 关键词：关节镜检查；肩关节不稳；骨折固定术 中图分类号 ：R684．7；R687．4 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1008—0287(2013)06—0677—03 ArthroscopicsinglerowsutureanchorfixationtotreattypeIandtypelIbonyBankartlesion SUNLu—ning，SHENJi—rong，YUANBin (DeptofOrthopaedics，JiangsuProvinceHospitalof TraditionalChineseMedicine， ng，Jiangsu 210029，China) Abstract：Objective ToobservetheresultofarthroseopicsinglerowsutureanchorfixationtotreattypeIandtype lIbonyBanka~lesion．Methods 11patientswithshoulderanteriorinstabilityaccompaniedwithtypeIandtypeII bonyBankaalesionweretreatedwithsinglerow sutureanchorfixationarthroscopieaUy．Allpatientsgotprogressive rehabilitation．ThepatientswereofllowedupandevaluatedaccordingtoRowesscoreandUCLA system．Thestability andtherangeofmotionoftheshoulderwereevaluated．Results Thepatientswerefollowedupfor24 months．The Rowesscorewere20±7．07preoperativelyand9O4-2．74twenty—fourmonthspostoperatively(P0．05)．TheUCLA systemwere6．20-41．30preoperativelyand29．20-41．10twenty-fourmonthspostoperatively(P0．05)．Thesport abilitywereimprovedinallcasespostoperatively．Conclusions Totreatthetype IandtypeⅡbonyBanka~lesion， arthroscopicsinglerow sutureanchorfixationtechniquehastheadvantagesoflessinvasionandreliablefixation．It canrestorethestabilityandfunctionoftheshouldercommendably． Keywords：arthroscopy；shoulderinstability；fracturefixation 肩关节骨性Bankart损
