Abstract: In order to study the multiple drug resistance of Salmonella and integron pop, this
article from the Shandong Province farm for isolation of Salmonella species, according to the
Kauffmann-White method for the determination of serum type, by microdilution method for the
determination of the Salmonella 19 antimicrobial drugs against MIC, and using PCR technique for
the determination of the class I integrons and carrying resistance gene cassette. The results showed,
the isolated from 311 strains of Salmonella, including Indiana Salmonella (133 lines) and
Salmonella Enteritidis (178 lines) in 2 serum type. Drug sensitivity test showed: isolated bacterial
strains to sulfamethoxazole, sulfadiazine, nalidixic acid, ampicillin, tetracycline, doxycycline and
trimethoprim resista
