复方紫草油纱条用于肛裂术后病人换药探究 　　【中图分类号】R269 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-3783（2013）11-0427-02 【摘要】目的：复方紫草油纱条促进肛裂术后创面愈合的临床疗效。 方法：选择医院肛肠住院病人2009年4月～2012年8月份行肛裂切除，随机分为2组，其中治疗组病历30例，采用紫草油纱条换药，对照组30例，则采用凡士林油纱条换药。并于换药时分别观察和记录患者术后第1天的切口面积大小和第3天、第7天伤口水肿情况，观察记录切口愈合时间。结果：通过对60例患者收集的数据进行分析，发现所有病例全部治愈：用统计学方法处理发现，用药第3天和第7天后两组病例伤口在创面水肿、创面愈合速度等方面两组存在显著性差异，治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论：复方紫草油纱条具有清热除湿、消肿止痛、凉血止血、活血化瘀、去腐生肌等功效，能明显加快创面愈合速度，缩短切口愈合时间，促进患者切口愈合，在肛裂切除术后换药中，其疗效优于凡士林纱条。 【关键词】肛裂术后：复方紫草油纱条：临床疗效 【 abstract 】 objective： the compound radix arnebiae seu lithospermi oil gauze strip to promote the clinical curative effect of anal fissure postoperative wound healing. Methods： to choose a hospital anus bowel hospital patients in April 2009 to August 2012， anal fissure resection were randomly divided into 2 groups， treatment group 30 cases， with radix arnebiae seu lithospermi oil gauze dressing， 30 cases of control group with vaseline oil gauze dressing. And observe and record patients respectively during the switching of postoperative day 1 day， 7 days a wound incision size and 3 edema， observation records incision healing time. Results： through the analysis of data collected from 60 patients， found that all the cases were cured， with statistical methods， found that drug use after 3 days and 7 days in the two groups cases wound in such aspects as edema， the healing of the wound exist significant differences in both groups， the clinical efficacy of treatment group was obviously better than the control group. Conclusion： compound radix arnebiae seu lithospermi oil gauze article has clear heat dehumidification， swelling and pain， cold blood to stop bleeding， promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis， the effect such as go saprophytic muscle， can obviously accelerate the wound healing， shorten the incision healing time， promote healing of incision in patients with after resection of the anal fissure treatment， the curative effect is better than that of vaseline gauze. 【 key words 】 anal fissur
