摘要 综合机械化采煤是煤矿开采技术现代化的重要标志。采煤综合机械化，就是工作面采煤、运输和支护三大主要生产环节都实现机械化。作为综采工作面关键设备的液压支架，技术上先进，经济上合理，安全上可靠，适合了采煤综合机械化的要求。然而液压支架还存在支护速度太慢，难以适应高产高效生产的需要，特别是不能与采煤机牵引速度相匹配；工作面支架初撑力严重不足不均，给工作面顶板的管理、维护和安全生产带来许多困难，有时严重影响工作面的正常生产等问题。具有电液控制技术的支撑掩护式液压支架能够提高液压支架的自动化程度和移架速度(将不同工序或不同支架的操作时间间隔缩短到最小程度)，定压初撑和远距离程序控制等功能。以下就将我们在毕业设计中所设计的电液控ZZ280支撑掩护式液压支架作以介绍。 关键词：采煤综合机械化 液压支架 电液控技术 ZZ280 Abstract It was the importance attribute streamlined for coal mining technology that the comprehensive mechanization coal cutting.The comprehensive mechanization for coal cutting is that the three large mostly churn link which includes both coal cutting in work surface,transport and support carry mechanization out. The hydraulic support of the key equipment heald kerf in work surface is fit for the comprehensive mechanization require for coal cutting because of technically advance, economic justification, safety in reliable. However, the hydraulic support presence a lots of problems,such as it isnt fit for the demand of high yield and highly active manufacturing. Especially ,it is unable to phase match with the coal cutters pulling speed attendance and safety in production. At times it had a strong impact on regular production in work surface.because setting pressure on force piece is insufficiency and disproportionation grievous and so on. The hydraulic support possessed Electrohydraulic control technology of the backstop and clip-on possesses functions ,such as it can be able to improve hydraulic support automaticity and the speed on moving rack(It can be shorten the diferrient process or the differrient fenceoperation time interval to minima), It can realize constant voltage etio- supporting and remote programming control and so on. The electrohydraulic control ZZ280 hydraulic support which we design at graduation project was introduced as follow.
