中国集成电路 CIC 知识产权 China lntegrated Circult OLED重点公司美国专利分析 罗佳秀，司玉锋，杨飞 （工业和信息化部软件与集成电路促进中心，北京100038） 摘要：本文通过研究与OLED产业密切相关的四家公司（索尼、三星、铼宝、维信诺）在美国的专利布局情 况发现：索尼和维信诺近年OLED领域美国专利申请量有增加态势，三星2006～2008年出现下降，但 2009年有小幅回升，预计未来呈增加趋势，而铼宝呈下降态势，并分析了原因；索尼OLED美国专利技术 主要集中在控制装置和电路等，三星和维信诺主要集中在电极等零部件，而铼宝主要集中在有机固态器 件等。本文为我国相关企业了解竞争对手，突破专利壁垒等提供参考。 关键词：OLED；专利；分析；公司 The U.S. patent analysis of key OLED companies ， ， LUO Jia-xiu SI Yu-feng YANG Fei （ Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Software and Integrated Circuit Promotion Center, Beijing 100038, China） Abstract: Based on the U.S. patent portfolio analysis of key OLED industry companies （Sony, Samsung, RiTdisplay and Visionox）, we found that the OLED U.S. patent application quantities of Sony and Visionox have an increasing trend in recent years, Samsung declined between 2006 and 2008, but rebounded slightly in 2009, would exhibit an increasing trend in future, RiTdisplay has an downward trend, and analyzed the reasons; The U.S. patent technologies of Sony mainly focused on control devices and circuitry, Samsung and Visionox mainly focused on the electrode and other components, and RiTdisplay mainly concentrated in the organic solid devices, etc; and provided references for related enterprises in China to understand competitors and break the barriers of patents.
