男性乳腺发育症X线研究100例报告 　　摘 要 目的：提高对男性乳腺发育症的认识。方法：收治男性乳腺发育症患者100例，回顾性分析本症临床及X线表现。结果：100例患者中，15～25岁50例，40～50岁10例，55～70岁40例。患者均有乳房肿块及胀疼等症状，酒后生气后加重，病程3～12个月。双侧乳房增大60例，单侧增大40例。80例经手术病理证实，20例经肌注十一酸睾酮连续3个月，1个月1针，口服小金丸及配合光电离子药物治疗后，肿块及症状消失。100例患者均摄双侧乳房钼靶X线斜位和轴位拍片，其X线表现分为4种：①纤维型60例，最为常见，乳晕区可见片状阴影。②大节结状10例，密度大致均匀，圆形或卵圆型，有时可出现哑铃样改变。③小斑片状20例，呈不均匀斑片状密度增高，无明显边缘影。④小节结状10例，为不规则的小结节状影。结论：男性乳腺发育症X线摄影检查具有确诊意义，诊断上需与男性乳腺癌及假性乳房发育相鉴别。 关键词 男性乳腺发育 X线诊断 Abstract Objective：To improve the understanding of gynaecomastia.Methods：To collect 100 cases gynaecomastia patients，from October 2006 to October 2013，retrospective analysis this disease clinical and X-ray performance.Results：In 100 cases patients，50 cases 15～25 years old，10 cases 40～50 years old，40 cases 55～70 years old.All patients have symptoms such as breast lump and bilge painful，etc，these symptoms can aggravate after duck and angry，course of disease 3～12 months.60 cases the bilaterally enlarged breasts，40 cases unilateral increase.80 cases confirmed by surgery pathology，20 cases were intramuscular injection testosterone undecanoate，for 3 months，one needle one month，oral Xiaojin pill and photoelectric ion drug treatment，lumps and symptoms disappeared.All 100 cases patients take the oblique and shaft filmmaking of bilateral breast molybdenum target X-ray，these X-ray performance are divided into four kinds：①fibrillary 60 cases，the most common，visible shape shadow of areola area；②large knot shape 10 cases，roughlyuniform density，oval or circular，sometimes may appear dumbbell sample change；③small patchy 20 cases，present uneven patchy，higher density，no sharp edge.④small knot shape 10 cases，present irregular small nodular shadows.Conclusion：X-ray angiography of gynaecomastia have the diagnosis significance，need to distinguish with male breastcancer and pseudo breast development.
