臭氧联合乳杆菌胶囊治疗阴道炎临床探究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨臭氧联合乳杆菌胶囊治疗阴道炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选择阴道炎患者418例，采用随机数字表法分为臭氧组（n=140）、乳酸杆菌组（n=139）和联合组（n=139），臭氧组采用臭氧治疗，乳酸杆菌组采用乳酸杆菌胶囊治疗，联合组联合臭氧和乳酸杆菌治疗。观察三组患者的症状缓解时间及治疗后1个月时阴道pH值、临床疗效，治疗后3个月时复发情况及治疗期间不良反应情况。结果：联合组治疗后1个月pH值明显低于臭氧组和乳酸杆菌组（P=0.00）；治疗后1个月，联合组治愈率及总显效率明显高于臭氧组及乳酸杆菌组（P=0.02）；治疗后3个月，联合组复发率低于臭氧组、乳酸杆菌组（P=0.03）；三组均未出现明显的不良反应。结论：臭氧联合乳酸杆菌治疗阴道炎可明显提高总体疗效，安全可靠，值得临床借鉴。 【关键词】 臭氧； 乳杆菌胶囊； 阴道炎 中图分类号 R711.31 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）12-0045-02 Clinical Study of Ozone Combined with Lactobacillus Capsule in the Treatment of Vaginitis/HE Shu-ju.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（12）：45-46 【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of ozone combined with lactobacillus capsule in the treatment of vaginitis .Method：418 cases of patients with vaginitis were selected and randomly divided into ozone group（n=140），lactobacillus group（n=139） and combination group （n=139）.Ozone group was treated with ozone，lactobacillus group was treated with lactobacillus capsule，combination group was treated by ozone combined with lactobacillus capsule.The symptomatic relief time，vaginal pH value clinical efficacy after treatment 1 month were observed，recurrence situation and adverse reactions were observed after treatment 3 months.Result：The vaginal pH value at 1 month after treatment of combination group was significantly lower than that of ozone group and lactobacillus group（P=0.00）；at 1 month after treatment，the cure rate and total effective rate were significantly higher than that of ozone group and lactobacillus group（P=0.02）；at 3 months after treatment，the recurrence rate of combination group was lower than that of ozone group，lactobacillus group（P=0.03）；There was no obvious adverse reaction in three groups.Conclusion：Treating vaginitis by ozone combined with lactobacillus capsule can significantly improve the overall curative effect，it is safe and reliable，worthy of clinical reference. 【Key words】 Ozone； Lactobacillus capsule； Vagin
