发动机异响的诊断和分析.doc

摘 要 发动机异响标志发动机某一机构的技术状态已发生变化。主要是因有些零件磨损过甚或装配、调整不当引起的。有些异响尚可预告发动机将可能发生事故性损伤，因而当发动机出现异响时，应及时修理，防止故障扩大。在拆开之前，先要进行检查，以初步确定故障的所在部位，然后对发动机异响特性的分析，可以基本上诊断异响的部位、原因和程度，避免拆检的盲目性。本人在论文写作中运用人工经验诊断法进行发动机异响的诊断和分析，如曲轴主轴承响、连杆轴承响、活塞销响、活塞敲缸响、汽缸的漏气异响等异响现象的诊断与分析。 关键词 异响 异响诊断 异响分析 活塞销 敲缸 Abstract Engine abnormal sound engine marks an agencys technical status has changed. Mainly due to excessive wear or even some parts assembly, caused by improper adjustment. Some abnormal sound can still notice the engine will likely event of an accident injury, which appeared abnormal sound when the engine should be repaired promptly to prevent the failure to expand. In the apart before the first checks to determine the fault where the initial position, and then the engine characteristics of the analysis of abnormal sound, you can diagnose abnormal sound is basically the location, cause and extent of inspection to avoid the demolition of blindness. In the paper I am writing experience in the use of artificial diagnostic method for diagnosis and analysis of abnormal sound engine, such as the crankshaft main bearing ring, connecting rod bearing ring, piston pin ring, piston ring knock-cylinder, cylinder leakage abnormal sound phenomena such as abnormal sound diagnosis and analysis.
