   食品中多种防腐剂同时检测方法的优化研究

    摘 要:同时检测食品中的对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、苯甲酸、山梨酸、脱氢乙酸等 
    6 种防腐剂,对色谱条件及样品的前处理方法进行研究,实现了前处理条件及色谱条件的一致性,利用高效液相色 
    谱仪的梯度洗脱和波长切换,实现了 6 种防腐剂的有效分离。                      方法回收率高,精密度和检出限均可满足食品安全检 
    测工作需要。      是一种简便、快捷、准确的检测方法。

    Abstract:  To  simultaneous  determinate  methylparaben , ethylparaben , eropylparaben , benzoic  acid , sorbic  acid , and  
    dehydroacetic  acidin  foods , the  chromatographic  condition  and  pretreatment  methods  of  the  samples  were  studied  to  
    achieve  consistency  of  the  pretreatment  conditions  and  the  chromatographic  condition  of  different  food  preservatives , 
    and  gradient  elution  and  wavelength  switching  in  HPLC  were  conducted  to  effectively  separate  6  food  preservatives  in  
    foods. The recovery rate of this method is high and the precision and detection limit meet the food safety testing needs.  
    The method is very simple , quick and accurate
