文章编号 : 100622971 ( 2005) 0320001206多直线包络的单螺杆压缩机啮合副型面设计方法冯全科 , 郭蓓 , 赵忖 , 徐健 , 李玉娟 , 程亮 , 束鹏程( 西安交通大学能源与动力工程学院 , 陕西 西安 710049)摘 要 : 介绍了多直线包络的单螺杆压缩机螺杆齿面母线和星轮齿型面的设计方法 。采用不同方位的多直线进刀或直线刀刃对螺杆转子的同一个齿槽母线面进行重复切削 , 并合理选择直线进刀或直线刀 刃的方位 , 使不同方位的直线进刀或直线刀刃切削同一螺杆母线面上的不同区域 , 这些多条直线进刀或直线刀刃处在不同的方位 , 形成了一个分布在星轮齿面上的特征直线族 ; 合理地确定出表征星轮齿面形状的特征线族的方位 , 并按这些特征线制作出的星轮齿面上的点能够与单螺杆转子齿槽母线面保 持均等机会的接触摩擦 , 使加工出来的螺杆转子和星轮齿面符合共轭啮合的原理 ; 从而实现磨损小 , 密封好 , 加工工艺简单 , 加工精度高 , 机床成本低的优良特性 。并且预期节能显著 , 容积效率高 , 星 轮寿命长 。关键词 : 单螺杆压缩机 ; 啮合副 ; 型面 ; 设计中图分类号 : T H455文献标识码 : AA Design Method of Engaging Couple Prof ile of SingleScre w Compressors Enveloped by Multi Stra ight L inesF EN Q uan2ke , GU O Bei , ZHAO Cun , XU J ian , L I Yu2juan , CH EN G Liang , SHU Peng2cheng( X i’ an J i aoton g U ni versi t y , X i ’ an 710049 , Chi n a)Abstract : This paper int roduced a new design met hod of rotor teet h p rofile and star2wheel teet h p rofile en2 veloped wit h multi st raight lines in a single screw co mp ressor . A teet h grove surface of a single2screw is re2 peatedly machined by a specially designed lat he wit h st raight2lined cut feeding in different directio ns and posi2 tio ns , and t hese directio ns and positio ns of cut feeding are reaso nably determined , so t hat , different regio ns of a generator o n a teet h surface can be machined by different cut feedings. Recording to all t hose st raight lines in different directio ns and positio ns , we can co nst ruct an ideal star2wheel teet h p rofile wit h t hese lines. The screw rotors and star wheel teet h p rofile machined in t his way will p rovide excellent engagement in t he co mp ressor operatio n.
