汉口学院2013年度电子设计大赛（第七小组） 《直流源实验报告》 摘要 直流稳压电源是各种电子产品中不可缺少的一部分，它的质量直接关系到仪器的质量，因此掌握稳压电源的设计与制作，对以后的实际工作是很有意义的。直流稳压源是一种将交流电转换为平滑稳定的直流电的能量变换器。过去常采用分立元件来构成稳压单元，当性能指标要求较高时，电路结构往往比较复杂，给使用和维修带来许多不便。现在，随着集成电路的发展，集成稳压器的种类越来越多，应用也越来越广泛，在许多场合我们都偏爱于用集成稳压器为核心加上一些外围元件来构成稳压单元。用集成稳压器作稳压单元的电源叫做集成稳压电源，它具有一般集成电路体积小、重量轻、安装和调试方便、可靠性高等优点，因此具有良好的发展前景。 所谓集成稳压器就是利用半导体集成技术将稳压电路中的无源元件与有源元件都制作在一个半导体芯片或绝缘基片上，这就是稳压电路的集成化。 关键字：直流稳压电源 能量变换器 稳压单元 集成稳压器 集成化 Dc regulated power supply is an indispensable part of various kinds of electronic products, its quality is directly related to the quality of the instruments, so to master the design and manufacture of regulated power supply, with future practical work is very meaningful. Dc voltage source is a kind of converts alternating current (ac) to smooth and stable dc power converter. Used to discrete component is used to constitute a voltage stabilizing unit, when high performance, the circuit structure is more complex, often bring a lot of inconvenience to use and maintenance. Now, with the development of integrated circuit, integrated voltage regulator of the sort is more and more, also more and more widely applied, on many occasions we prefer to use integrated voltage regulator as the core and some peripheral components to constitute a voltage stabilizing unit. Is called integrated unit with integrated voltage regulator for voltage stability of power supply regulated power supply, it has the general integrated circuit of small volume, light weight, convenient installation and debugging, high reliability advantages, therefore has the good prospects for development. So-called integrated voltage regulator is using semiconductor integration technology to the passive components and active element in regulating circuit are made on a semiconductor chip or insulating substrate, which is the integrated voltage stabilizing circuit.
