中华临床医师杂志( 电子版)2015 年8 月第9 卷第16 期 Chin J Clinicians(Electronic Edition),August 15,2015,Vol.9,No.16 ·3029 · ·临床论著· 艾滋病合并肺结核与单纯肺结核患者 胸部影像学特征的对比分析 余复火 赖晓宇 黄培生 【摘要】 目的 对比分析艾滋病合并肺结核患者与单纯肺结核患者胸部影像学的差异，提高 临床医师对艾滋病合并肺结核的认识。方法 对我院2011 年6 月至2014 年6 月收治的经病理证实 的67 例艾滋病合并肺结核（观察组）和 85 例单纯肺结核（对照组）患者的胸部影像学资料进 行对比分析。结果 与对照组相比，观察组肺结核的影像学检查常呈多肺野、多肺段受累，表现更 为多样化和不典型。结论 艾滋病合并肺结核与单纯肺结核患者的影像学表现存在差异。艾滋病合 并肺结核患者的影像学多为渗出性或粟粒性病变，且病变分布范围常位于中上肺野，临床医师和影 像科医师应对表现不典型的肺结核患者引起警惕。 【关键词】 结核，肺； 获得性免疫缺陷综合征； 体层摄影术，X 线计算机 Comparative analysis of AIDS patients complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis and pulmonary tuberculosis and chest imaging features Yu Fuhuo, Lai Xiaoyu, Huang Peisheng. Methods 67 AIDS patients with tuberculosis from June 2011 to June 2014 of our hospital and the 85 simple tuberculosis patients were compared and analyzed by their chest imaging data. Results Compared with the control group, multi-lung field and multi-segment were commonly involved in study group, and performance was more diverse and not typical. Conclusion There were differences between AIDS patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and simple tuberculosis patients in radiographic manifestations.
