盐度骤变对幼参生长、能量收支及呼吸代谢的影响
摘要
本研究以刺参幼参为研究对象，研究了盐度骤变对幼参生长、能量收支、体
成分、渗透调节、和呼吸代谢的影响。主要研究结果如下：
1. 盐度骤变对幼参生长和体成分的影响
采用实验生态学方法，在实验室条件下，研究了盐度骤变对刺参幼参生长和
体成分的影响。实验设计了从盐度32 骤变到盐度20 、24 、28 和36 四个处理，
分别以S20、S24、S28、S36 表示，S32 为对照组，每个处理设5 个重复，实验
持续32d 。实验结果如下：（1）S20、S24 和 S36 处理组出现负增长，S20、S24
处理组特定生长率显著低于S36 处理组（p ＜0.05 ），S32 处理组的特定生长率大
于S28 处理组。（2
