摘 要 为了控制人口过快增长，减轻人口对经济社会造成的压力，自上世纪70年代实行计划生育基本国策30多年以来，我国独生子女人数已超过一亿人，这一政策的实施确实有效的控制了我国人口的迅猛增长。但随之而来的是农村独生子女家庭的养老问题也逐步突现，据估算我国实行计划生育的独生子女的父母将在2015—2050年间进入老年阶段。虽然我国严厉实行计划生育政策，但是由于经济发展等原因，相应的养老政策却没有跟上，随着我国少子老龄化的加剧和家庭养老资源的逐渐减少，我国第一代农村独生子女家庭的养老问题，将成为目前我国农村面临的重大问题之一。这不仅是一个经济问题，更是一个社会问题，它不仅关乎着我国亿万农民的养老生存，还关乎着我国农村经济的稳定、持续、健康发展，对构建和谐社会有很大的影响。所以，研究本文有很大的现实意义。 [关键词]农村；独生子女家庭；养老问题 Abstract In order to control population growth, reduce the pressure of population on the economic and social causes, and since the 1970s the basic state policy of family planning 30 years, the number of one-child China has more than one hundred million people, the implementation of this policy is indeed effective control the rapid growth of Chinas population.
