摘要 近年来，随着人们生活水平的提高和健康意识的增强，作为国饮的茶越来越受到人们的关注。在日益激烈的市场竞争中，普洱茶以其越陈越香的特点和独特的保健功效愈来愈受消费者的青睐，普洱茶产业也因此成为云南极具竞争优势的产业之一。但云南省普洱茶产业发展起步较晚、自身单产较低，同时又面临着来自国内外各种名优茶的挑战，所以，如何深入挖掘普洱茶价值，提升普洱茶产业的核心竞争力成为普洱茶产业研究的主题。本文通过运用迈克尔·波特的“钻石模型”从生产要素、需求条件、关联产业和支持产业、企业战略和竞争对手、机会作用、政府作用六个方面对云南省普洱茶产业的核心竞争力进行了详细的分析，得出生产要素的供给、关联产业以及普洱茶龙头企业和政府的引导带动是构成云南省普洱茶产业竞争优势的重要因素。最后根据分析结论，提出提升云南省普洱茶产业核心竞争优势的对策建议。 [关键词]云南省；普洱茶产业；核心竞争力 Abstract In recent years, with the improvement of peoples living standard and health consciousness,more and more people focuse on the national drink tea.In the increasingly fierce market competition, the characteristics of puer tea with its jumps over Chen yue sweet and unique health care efficacy becomes more and more popular with consumers, puer tea industry became one of the highly competitive advantage industry in Yunnan. But Yunnan puer tea industry started ?late, its yield is low, at the same time facing the challenges from both at home and abroad a variety of famous tea, therefore, how to dig deeper ?puer tea value, enhancing core competitiveness of puer tea industry has been the subject of puer tea industry research.In this paper, by using Michael porters diamond model from the production elements, demand conditions, related industries and supporting industries, enterprise strategy and competition, opportunity, and the roles of the government the core competencies of the six aspects of puer tea industry in Yunnan province has carried on the detailed analysis, it is concluded that the supply of production factors, related industries, and puer leading enterprises and the guidance of the government to drive is an important factor to constitute the Yunnan puer tea industry competitive advantage.Then,according to the analysis conclusion, improve the countermeasures of Yunnan puer tea industry core competitive advantages.
