摘要县域经济是以县级行政区划分为地理空间，以县级政权为调控主体，以市场为导向，优化资源配置，具有地域特色和功能完备的区域经济。县域经济是国民经济收入重要支柱。如何加快县域经济发展,对于建设繁荣文明和谐的新会泽,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。本文以科学发展观为指导,采用规范分析和实证分析相结合、定量分析和定性分析相结合的研究方法,探讨会泽县域经济发展策略。文章基于经济增长理论、比较优势理论、可持续发展理论等基础理论,首先分析了会泽县县域经济发展的现状和存在的主要问题,探究其发展滞后的原因。其次,考察了会泽县各乡具有比较优势的产业及各县支柱产业,分析了各乡经济增长的主要推动因素,探讨了产业集聚在促进会泽县域经济发展中的作用。最后,立足会泽实际,着眼于发挥后发优势,提出会泽县域经济发展的路径选择和主要对策。[关键词]县域经济；经济发展；策略研究AbstractCounty economy is to divide the county administrative area as the geographical space, in order to control county government as the main body, take the market as the guidance, optimize the allocation of resources, regional economy with regional characteristics and complete function.
