At the induction stage of protocorms formation, the suitable medium was MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + IBA 0.6 mg/L + AC 4.0 mg/L; at the proliferative stage of protocorms, the suitable medium was MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + IBA 0.4 mg/L + AC 4.0 g/L; in the differentiation stage of protocorms, the suitable medium was MS + 6-BA 0.4 mg/L + IBA 0.6 mg/L + AC 0.5 g/L; in the seedling and rooting stage, the suitable medium was 1/2MS + IBA 0.4 mg/L + AC 1.0 g/L.
