现代有轨电车规划及设计要点研究 ——以武汉东湖国家自主创新示范区有轨电车示范线为例 Research on the design and key points of the modern tram —— Take the example of the tram in Wuhan East Lake National Independent Innovation Demonstration Area 路 静 （武汉市交通发展战略研究院，湖北 武汉 430017） Lu Jing ChenGuangHua SongHuiHua ZhangXianFeng (Wuhan Transportation Development Strategy Institute, WuHan HuBei 430017) 摘要：现代有轨电车因其舒适、环保、高效、低造价、高品质，在国际上得到广泛应 用。国内虽刚刚兴起，已有约 24 个城市启动编制规划并陆续建设，其中 6 个城市的首期线 路建成投入使用。但是，由于其在国内尚为一种全新的交通方式，没有标准或规范予以指导， 规划及设计体系不完善，已建及在建项目已相继在客流支撑、运营安全、舒适度等方面出现 问题。因此，武汉东湖高新有轨电车项目高度重视总体方案规划及设计，借鉴及分析了既有 项目的经验与不足，明确了规划功能定位，构建了通行权、车辆及效率三重保障体系，以充 分发挥有轨电车的优势与特色。本文将进行详细阐述，以期为即将开展有轨电车规划及建设 的城市提供借鉴与参考。 Abstract: Modern tram has been widely used in the world because of its comfort, environmental protection, high efficiency, low cost and high quality. Although the rise of the country, there are about 24 cities start the preparation plan and gradually build, 6 cities down the first phase line built into use. However, its domestic is a new way of transportation, there is no standard to guide, planning and design system is imperfect. Has been built and in the construction projects have been in the passenger flow support, operation safety, comfort and other issues. Therefore, the Wuhan East Lake National Independent Innovation Demonstration Area tram project attaches great importance to the overall program planning and design, consulting experience and shortage of existing projects, constructing three guarantee system of the right of passage, the vehicle and the efficiency, to give full play to the advantages and characteristics of the tram. This paper will elaborate on the security system, In order to provide reference for the city which will carry out the plan and the construction of the tram. 关键词：现代有轨电车 规划设计
