双联金标试剂在无偿献血筛查中的应用
【摘要】目的对乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原/梅毒螺旋体抗体（Hepatitis B virus surface antigen/Treponema pallidum antibody，HBsAg/TP）双联金标试剂的结果进行评价，探讨无偿献血者献血前进行HBsAg/TP双联金标试剂快速筛查的可行性。
方法采用HBsAg/TP双联金标试剂试纸条法、HBsAgELISA和TPELISA法对880份无偿献血者血液标本进行平行检测评估；对百色市中心血站2012～2015年无偿献血者血液标本HBsAg/TP常规筛查记录资料进行统计分析。
结果880份无偿献血者血液标本双联金标试纸条检测HBsAg/TP结果与ELISA法检测结果符合率为99.77%；采用HBsAg/TP双联金标试剂进行血液初筛后TP复检阳性率为0.72%，TP复检阳性率比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2=85.350，P0.001）。
结论采用HBsAg/TP双联金标试剂进行无偿献血前筛查，可有效减少不合格血液的采集以及降低血液报废率，节约血液资源，值得广泛推广应用。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo evaluate results of double goldlabeled reagent in Hepatitis B virus surface antigen/Treponema pallidum antibody，so as to discuss feasibility of rapid screening of double goldlabeled reagent in unpaid blood donors before blood donation.
MethodsHBsAg/TP double gold labeled reagent test strip method，HBsAgELISA and TPELISA methods were put into use in parallel detection evaluation of blood samples from 880 blood donors.HBsAg/TP routine screening data of blood samples from blood donors from 2012 to 2015 in Baise City were statistically analyzed.
Results The coincidence rate of the test results of double gold labeled reagent with the methods of HBsAg/TP and ELISA from 880 blood samples was 99.77%，while the reexamination of TP positive rate was 0.72% after adopting HBsAg/TP double gold labeled reagent for blood screening.The positive rate of TP recheck was compared，and difference was statistically significant （χ2=85.350，P0.001）.
