罗曼蛋鸡大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌混合感染的诊治 动物医学 0402班 ：李 玲 指导教师：许金俊 摘要：2008年1月6日，宜兴某鸡场饲养6000只100日龄罗曼蛋鸡发病，症状主要表现为精神沉郁，食欲减退，有腹泻，有的鸡可见全眼球炎。病理变化主要表现为：气囊增厚，表面被覆有呈灰白色纤维素性渗出物；纤维性心包炎；肝脏表面有纤维素性渗出物；输卵管发生炎症，卵破裂溢于腹腔内，腹腔内有大量干酪样渗出物。采用麦康凯培养基从典型病例肝脏中分离到两种细菌，通过菌落培养特性和生化试验结果，鉴定为鸡大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌，初步确诊该病为大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌混合感染。对分离到的两株细菌进行针对30种抗菌药物的药敏试验，发现两种细菌对药物的敏感性有很大的差异。大肠杆菌主要对阿莫西林/舒巴坦、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、头孢噻亏、头孢曲松、庆大霉素、阿米卡星、卡那霉素、诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星、磺胺甲恶唑和利福平高度敏感，沙门氏菌主要对氨苄西林/舒巴坦、阿米卡星、卡那霉素、妥布霉素、痢特灵和新霉素高度敏感，对两种细菌都敏感的药物有阿米卡星、氨苄西林/舒巴坦和卡那霉素。采用阿米卡星对发病群进行治疗后，病情迅速得到控制，为该鸡场疾病的防制积累了一定的经验。 关键字：鸡；大肠杆菌；沙门氏菌；混合感染；药敏试验 Diagnosis and Treatment of E.coli and Salmonella co-infection in Roman hens Abstract：On January 6, 2008, six thousands Roman hens at the age of 100 days in Yixing city were suffered from a kind of disease. Symptoms were mainly hypomania, anorexia, diarrhea and the whole eyes of some chickens inflammation. Pathological changes were mainly inflammation of balloon, pericarditis, liver pericoronitis and yolk perionaeum peritonitis. By inoculation on MacConkey Agar medium, two bacteria were isolated from liver of typical cases which identified as E.coli and Salmonella according to the appearance of colony and the results of biochemical test, and the disease was preliminary diagnosed as E.coli and Salmonella co-infection. Drugs sensitivity test have been conducted with 30 kinds of medicines, and the results showed that the sensitivity of the two bacteria were very different. The isolated E.coli was high sensitive to Amoxicillin/sulbactam, Ampicillin/sulbactam, Cefofaxime, Ceftriaxone, Gentamicin, Amikacin, Kanamycin, Norfloxacin, Ofloxacin, Sulfamethoxazole and Rifampicin, as the isolated Salmonella was high sensitive to Ampicillin/sulbactam, Amikacin, Kanamycin, Tobramycin, Furazolidone and Neomycin. Both of the two bacteria were high sensitive to Amikacin, Ampicillin/sulbactam and Kanamycin.
