渝东北山区野葛中葛粉和总黄酮含量动态变化探究 　　[摘要] 目的 通过对渝东北山区野葛中葛粉和总黄酮含量测定，总结其成分在1年中随季节的变化规律，从而确定每年最佳采收时间。 方法 2011年6月～2012年5月每月定期采集渝东北山区产野葛样本，切成2～3 mm薄片，自然干燥。通过文献调研，方法稳定性考察确定采用组织捣碎水沉淀法测定野葛葛粉含量；采用UV紫外分光光度法，以葛根素为对照品，在波长250 nm处测定样品溶液吸收度，计算出野葛总黄酮含量，从而得到渝东北山区产野葛在1年里葛粉和总黄酮含量随季节的变化规律。 结果 经实验测定，渝东北山区野葛葛粉和总黄酮含量全年变化趋势基本一致，变化规律为葛粉含量在8.9%～25.3%之间，从11月～次年2月最高，3、8、9、10月其次，4～7月最低；总黄酮含量在2.13%～11.6%之间，11月～次年3月高于9%，8～10月约6%，4～7月较低在2%左右。 结论 渝东北山区野葛最佳采集时间在11月～次年3月。 [关键词] 野葛；葛粉；总黄酮；含量测定 [中图分类号] R629 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）02（c）-0087-03 Study on the regulation of starch and total flavone dynamic content in Pueraria lobata （Willd.） Ohwi from northeast mountain wild of Chongqing TAN Xiaoyan1 LI Dabin2 LIN Zhongxiang1 HUANG Jing3 JIA Han1 WANG Liqing1 1.Chongqing Three Gorges Medical College， Chongqing 404020， China； 2.Wuxi County People’s Hospital， Chongqing 405800， China； 3.West China School of Pharmacy， Sichuan University， Sichuan Province， Chengdu 610041， China [Abstract] Objective To provide scientific basis for determining the optimum harvest time， by assaying and summarying the content of starch and total flavone in Pueraria lobata （Willd.） Ohwi from northeast mountain wild of Chongqing and the change regulation with the season in a year.
