How to deal with the structural contradictions in the labor market which is between“the difficulties of recruitment”in enterprises and“the difficulties of employment”in college, how to cultivate innovative applied talents to meet the requirements of local economic growth in the new economic normal, has become an unavoidable challenge for local colleges and universities to provide talents for regional economic growth. Under the Background of Supply Side Reform, the implementation of practice teaching system for occupation oriented training to cultivate innovative applied talents to meet the market demand of graduates is not only a main task, but also has great practical significance to solve the contradiction between supply and demand in the job market.
