摘 要
随着中国加入WTO和互联网的飞速发展,采购管理将从简单的购买向“合理采购”转变。本文首先,阐述了准时采购模式在企业供应链中重要意义及其本身具有的典型特征,讨论了企业实施JIT采购所带来的一系列优点,使得企业真正做到降低采购成本、减少库存,提高采购质量以及与供应商做到共赢,并提出了企业实施准时采购和传统采购相比之下的好处。然后,提出了在企业的运用中应该注意的几个问题及解决方法。最后,通过对JIT采购的剖析指出企业要实施JIT采购,需要创建JIT采购团队、制定并确保JIT采购计划有效的实施、减少供应商数量、与供应商建立战略伙伴关系、确保原材料及零部件的质量、加强与供应商的信息沟通、选择优质,高效的物流服务提供方,优化物流作业各方面问题来体现JIT采购在企业当中的重要性。

Abstract
With Chinas accession to WTO and the rapid development of Internet, procurement management is converting from simple purchasing to reasonable procurement. This paper, at first, elaborates the great significance of JIT (Just-in-time) procurement pattern in enterprises supply chain and its typical characteristics, discusses a series of advantages of the implementation of JIT procurement, allowing enterprises to authentically reduce purchase costs and inventory, to improve procurement quality as well as to achieve win-win situations with suppliers, and puts forward the benefits of implementing JIT procurement compared to traditional purchasing. Then, it presents several problems and corresponding counter measures emerged during applying JIT procurement. Finally, based on the analysis of JIT purchasing, it points out enterprises should note many aspects, including building a JIT sourcing team, establishing and securing effective implementation of JIT procurement plan, reducing the number of suppliers and developing strategic partner relationship with them, ensuring the quality of raw materials and components, strengthening information communication with suppliers, selecting high quality, efficient logistics service providers, and optimizing logistics operations, etc., to implement JIT procurement and emphasize its importance for enterprises.
