万方数据 The Research of Textbook in Frontier Region of China During the Period of Nanjing National Government(1927-1949) HuiChen Northwest Normal University May , 2015 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 摘要 南京国民政府时期（1927—1949 年），国家内忧外患有增无减，但是政府还 是非常重视发展国家的教育，同时也重视发展边疆教育，通过教育来团结边疆各 族人民，从而为加强国家建设而服务。同时政府开始重视边疆教科书的编译与发 行工作，编写适合边疆各民族的教科书，这样不仅有利于促进边疆教育的发展， 也有利于促进各民族间的文化融合，边疆教科书的特殊性在促进边地学校及边疆 文化建设的同时，也有利于解决边疆地区的政治问题。 在本研究中主要对南京国民政府时期边疆地区教科书相关问题进行研究分 析，由于南京国民政府成立初期政府就开始重视边疆教科书的相关问题，因此通 过对南京国民政府时期边疆地区教科书问题的政治、文化、教育政策背景进行分 析，从而说明边疆教科书的重要性。同时政府还重视出版教科书的相关办法、经 费、奖励政策及编写原则等问题，因此对这些问题出台了相关的政策法规，以此 来确保边疆教科书的使用情况。本研究还着重对南京国民政府时期边疆教科书的 编译机构、编写原则及编写类型、课程设置对教科书编译的影响以及教科书的运 行模式等问题进行分析研究。通过上述研究，对南京国民政府时期边疆地区教科 书的实施效果进行分析评价。 总而言之，在整个南京国民政府时期，由于政府对边疆教育以及边疆教科书 的重视，使得边疆地区教科书问题得到有效的解决，促进了边疆教育的发展，同 后的边疆教育以及边疆教科书奠定了一定的基础，有重大的贡献意义。 关键词：南京国民政府；边疆教育；教科书；编写原则 I 万方数据 ABSTRACT During the period of Nanjing National government (1927- 1949), the internal and external problems of China were slow and uneven but the government of China still attached great importance to the development of national education.
