第三次工业革命经济格局下的智能电网发展分析 1 1 2 1 1 1 耿亮 白茹 金鹏 田传波 吴燕 孟宪楠 （1.北京国电通网络技术有限公司， 2.辽宁省电力有限公司沈阳供电公司） 摘要：近年来能源问题频发，受到了世界各国的广泛重视，第三次工业革命的思想应运而生。 能源网络与互联网技术的深入融合构成的新型“能源互联网”成为新时代发展的必然选择。 本文以里夫金提出的第三次工业革命的内涵为背景，讲述了三次工业革命的爆发的历史背景， 并探讨了三次工业革命时期的经济格局变动，深入分析了互联网经济对能源行业的影响。最 后在深刻理解第三次工业革命的经济格局及能源互联网的内涵基础上以智能电网建设为基 础，站在电力行业角度提出了能源互联网的模型。 关键词：第三次工业革命 经济格局 智能电网 能源互联网 微能网 THE THIRD INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION ECONOMIC SITUATION ANALYSIS AND SMART GRID DEVELOPMENT DIRECTION Geng Liang, Bai Ru, Jin Peng, Tian Chuanbo, Wu Yan，Meng Xiannan (1.Beijing GUODIANTONG Network Technology Co., LTD; 2.State Grid LiaoNing Electric Power Supply Co.,LTD;) Abstract: In recent years, energy issue has obtained extensive attention in various countries around the world due to its frequent occurrence. Thus, the idea of the Third Industrial Revolution emerged. The so called “Energy Internet” that is formed by in-depth integration of energy networks and internet technologies, has become the inevitable choice for our current development. Based on the idea of Third Industrial Revolution raised by Lifujinti, we introduced the historical background of three industrial revolutions in this paper. Moreover, we discussed about the economic pattern during periods of industrial revolutions, and analyzed the impact of internet economy on energy industry. Lastly, based on our understanding of the economic pattern of the Third Industrial Revolution and the idea of Energy Internet, we proposed a model of Energy Internet based on intellectual grid construction from the point of view of power industry.
