荣盛房地产项目成本控制研究 摘 要 随着我国改革开放的不断深化，特别是在我国大力实施新一轮“市场化”改革新的历史条件下，统一开放、竞争有序的市场环境日益形成，企业成本控制越来越成为提升企业竞争力和经济效益的战略性举措，但目前我国企业特别是房地产企业在成本控制方面还存在很多不足之处，必须下大力气认真加以完善。本文以荣盛房地产公司为例，对企业成本控制问题进行了全面、深入、系统的研究，首先对企业成本控制的定义、作用、意义进行了概述；然后对荣盛房地产公司成本控制情况进行了梳理；接着从成本控制目标、成本控制体系、成本控制方法、成本控制范围、成本控制效率等方面分析了荣盛房地产公司成本控制存在的问题；并从成本控制理念、成本控制制度、成本管理人员等方面分析了荣盛房地产公司成本控制存在问题的原因；从明确成本控制目标、完善成本控制体系、优化成本控制方法、拓展成本控制范围、完善成本控制制度、打造成本控制队伍等方面提出对策。 关键词：荣盛房地产公司；成本控制；问题；原因；对策 Abstract Along with the constant deepening of reform and opening-up in our country, especially in our country to implement a new round of marketization reform under the new historical conditions, unified open, competitive and orderly market environment increasingly form, enterprise cost control is more and more become improve enterprise competitiveness and economic benefits of strategic initiatives, but at present our country enterprises, especially the real estate enterprise there are many deficiencies in the cost control, must strive earnestly.
