Clearly some forms of mentoring are more resource intensive than others and it is certainly possible for individuals to be involved in multiple forms of mentoring. 1:1 mentoring is perhaps the most intensive and the most classic, in the sense that that’s the image most people think about when you mention mentoring. So, let’s look more closely at 1:1 mentoring at Kraft……… The rules of engagement for 1:1 mentoring centers around 3 focus areas: selection, timeframe, and structure; however, the handling of each may vary.
