Methods: 204 hospitalized cases with pulmonary fi brosis were analyzed retrospectively, who were divided into early, chronic deferral and late stages according to the clinical manifestations including chest HRCT characteristics, pulmonary function and arterial blood gas analysis. The relationship between the clinical stages and syndrome patterns of pulmonary fi brosis was discussed and concluded.
