摘 要 随着单片机技术的迅速兴起与蓬勃发展，其稳定、安全、高效、经济等优点十分突出。为了实现对温湿度数据的精确采集，采用了一种基于单片机AT89S52为核心的数据采集系统，该系统具有电路简单，功耗低，抗干扰能力强等优点。该系统数据采集部分分别用到DALLas公司的BS18b20单总线数字温度传感器和 Honeywell公司的湿度传感器HIH3610，AD转换模块采用美国国家半导体公司的ADC0809。然后控制部分采用AT89S52单片机作为控制器，负责对采集到得数据进行处理转换，显示采用共阴极七段译码LED显示，用动态扫描显示方式，节省了I/O,降低成本，提高系统效率，同时这些处理后的数据也可以通过串口和电脑连接实现监控，温度测量范围0℃～100℃，分辨率0.1℃。本系统包括系统硬件和软件设计,可靠性高，结构简单，实现了对温湿度的自动调节, 在设备出现故障的情况下, 语音报警和数显电路的结合,能更好地使值班人员了解到当前温湿度的具体数值, 并提醒维护人员及时采取相应措施。 关键词：数据采集系统 传感器 单片机 LED显示 报警系统 Abstract Along with the rapid rise of single-chip computer technology with vigorous development, its stability, safety, high efficiency, economic advantages is very outstanding. In order to realize the precise collection of temperature and humidity data. Using a AT89S52 as the core based on single chip data acquisition system, this system has a circuit is simple, low power consumption, strong anti-jamming capability, etc. This system data acquisition part of DALLas company BS18b20 respectively used single bus digital temperature sensor and of Honeywell company humidity sensors HIH3610, AD transform module USES ADC0809 national semiconductor companies. And the use the AT89S52 MCU as controller, for processing and converting the data collected .We use the seven segment LED to display the data, with dynamic scan display mode, this not only saving the I / O, reducing the costs,but slso improving efficiency of the system.And the same time, these processed data can also be achieved through the serial port to connect with the computer monitor.This system can detect the range of temperature is:0 ℃ ~ 100 ℃, and its resolution is 0.1 ℃.
