 Rapid rolling door Installation instructions I.The tools for installation work Impact drill (with 14 mm, 12 mm, 6 mm drilling bit), hand drill (with self tapping screw, drilling bit, etc.), polishing machine, pneumatic hand riveter, electric welding machine (optional), 14/17, 12/22 wrench tool II.Installa Door lay the doorcase on the ground flat,fixed the rail on the doorcase(with 10mmX20 screw,nut,8 pc screws),erect the the doorcase with machine or human force, and then with 14mm impact drill drilled the hole after fix the doorcase installation position.use expansion screws fix doorcase,install the rail on the groun or wall. Fix the motor on the motor plate(8mm X 20 size screw,4 pcs),insert the latch into keyway,and then put the motor on the axis of the door shaft.(with 12mmX70 screw fix motor plate on the side plate of the doorcase，set the encouder on the small axis(beside motor),encoder outside fix on the motor,inside rotate part fix on the small axis(fasten the Hexagon screws,and fix the stainless plate which one the encoder). III.High Speed door debugging illustration The wiring column displayed as follows: ： Connection details: Power supply: live wire is L,L,L， null line is N Motor: the motor, U, V, W line connected to the terminal, U, V, W line respectively (matched each other), If reversal,adjust two of three line U,V,W random,and the other two line connect to LO2,NO1. Encoder: green, yellow, brown, white, connect to XO, X1, 24V, 0V respectively ( if the door not working after limited is ok,interchange the X0 and X1 line). Infrared connection : blue and white connect to 0V, brown connect to 24V, black connect to X7. another 24V brown, blue 0V。Magnetic connection: 1, 2 connect to 220 v power supply（L,N）; 3, 4 connect to X7, COM respectively; 7, 8 connect to coil respectively.
