Method: One hundred and fifty children with cerebral palsy were studied about the clinical manifestation of enam- el development defects inthe primarydentition anditsrelationship withtheirmedicalhistory. Result: The prevalence of enamel defects in primary dentition in cerebral palsy children was 32.67%, which is significantly higher than that in normal children. There was no significant correlation between enamel defects and gender. Enamel defects mostly affected the primary incisors and the first primary molars, typically on both sides. Enamel hypoplasia isthemostfrequent defect type. Conclusion: Enamel defects are likely to happen in cerebral palsy children within the last 6 months of pregnancy and the 1styear after birth.
