山东理工大学 毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 四档变速卧式旋耕机设计 学 院： 机械工程学院 专 业：机械设计制造及其自动化 学生姓名： 战玉勋 指导教师： 董 锋 毕业设计（论文）时间：二ОО 九年 四月六日～六月十四日 共 十 周 摘 要 旋耕机是一种由动力驱动的土壤耕作机械，其切土、碎土能力强，耕后土层松碎，地表平坦，具有旱耕土壤细碎，水耕泥烂起浆的特点，通用性能好，应用范围广。但由于拖拉机动力输出轴转速单一，使得旋耕机的耕作效果不能满足不同作物对土壤细碎度的要求。 本课题通过对普通卧式旋耕机变速箱进行改造，主要解决已有技术在工作时刀轴旋转速度不能调整，在耕作时影响工作效率及不能满足耕作质量要求等缺点。该旋耕机动力输入轴一个变速传动轴拨叉操纵装置。Abstract Rotary cultivator is a kind of power-driven soil tillage machinery, it has a good capable of the soil shear and broken , after tillage it can make the soil loose and the surface smooth, it has the characteristics of fine soil in dryland tillage, slurry in hydroponic tillage, and a good general performance, wide range of applications. However, due to a tractor PTO of a single speed, making the effect of rotary cultivator tillage can not meet the needs of different crops on soil minor degree requirements. The subject by modify the gearbox of the horizontal rotary cultivator, to solve the technology we have that the speed of shaft rotation can not adjust in the work, which affect the efficiency in soil tillage and can not meet the quality requirements and other shortcomings. This new horizontal rotary cultivator changed the input shaft of the ordinary rotary cultivator, and the addition of a variable-speed drive shaft and the fork control device, achieved the function of change the speed of the shaft rotation. Raised to the performance to adapt to different soil and different types of tractors, in order to meet the requirements of the different crops on soil.
