Its concerned in the first aid, clinical diagnosis and treat- ment in Spinal injury. However, its particularly important for forensic identification with further processing of events on the patients in- jury. At present, the identification of spinal injury is only to determine the standard criteria, does not require the application of standard conditions. Also it easily led to identification of human understanding and application of the standard guide differences, which led to the identification of the conclusions of the controversy.
