摘 要 摘 要 物流产业是加快经济又好又快发展的一条有效途径，已经成为国民经济新的增长 点。但中国大部分地区的物流还处于初级阶段，物流活动的高成本、低效率运作逐渐成 为影响经济更好更快发展的制约因素之一。物流产业作为第三利润源，作为二十一世纪 的阳光产业，是经济发展的重要支撑，也会是重要保障。因此发展物流产业是实现河北 省经济快速持续发展的正确渠道。 本文运用规范分析和实证分析相结合的方法对河北省物流产业发展进行综合研究， 并且就河北省物流产业发展对河北省经济增长的影响进行实证研究；在随后的章节中指 出河北省政府重视物流的发展，物流产业发展较为迅速，河北省基础设施建设较为完善， 货物周转量和货运总量呈现逐年上升的发展趋势；但河北省物流公司大多没有形成专业 化发展而且具有物流人才缺乏等方面的不足；最后从全省物流发展实际出发，立足河北 省物流产业发展存在的主要问题，提出了相应的对策，即从培养和吸引物流人才、统一 管理、积极扶持物流产业、加强河北省物流企业自身建设等方面出发，目标是打造河北 省一流的物流集团，形成供应链，从而使河北省物流产业实现更好的发展。 关键词 河北省 物流产业 经济增长 I Abstract Abstract The logistics industry is to accelerate and rapid development of the economy and is an effective way, has become a new growth point of national economy.
