Methods The problems were analyzed based on the data of 3180 cases in the chemotherapeutics admixture centre from 2009 to 2011 in our hospital. Results The problems in dis- ， ， pensing chemotherapeutics mainly involved in the process of physician orders entry prescription check by pharmacists pharma- cy admixture by nurses and check after admixture. Conclusion It is suggested to standardize the rules and regulations ， ， strengthening nurse training utilizing modern management instruments and enforce quality control of pharmacy admixture to re - duce the problems in dispensing chemotherapeutics and ensure the safety of medication administration.
