机械创新设计 说明书 题 目 工程机械座椅下部机构设计分析 专 业 班 级 班 学 生 指导教师 2014年5月 摘 要工程机械驾驶室是操作人员工作和活动的空间，除了具有良好的视野，足够的刚度和强度之外，还得保证操作环境舒适、方便，满足的人－机工程，利于操作人员高效、可靠地工作。本文叙述了座椅的设计要求，设计了机构和座椅的骨架，并对某些重要元件进行了校核，确保了机构的合理性。本文主要的工作如下： (1)查找工程机械座椅重要部件的设计要求，对座椅的设计有个总体的了解，。 (2)通过对座椅舒适性的研究，设计座椅的一些结构，使所设计的座椅尽量符合人的需求(3)通过查找资料，设计支撑机构和座椅的骨架，对具体结构尺寸进行了设计，同时阐述了腰部支撑部件的有关原理与求解方法。 (4)对关键部件进行了校核，保证了座椅结构的安全性能座椅设计ABSTRACT With the increasing use of engineering construction, engineering machinery is used more widely. However, the work of engineering machinery environment is bad, which is undoubtedly a nightmare for the engineering machinery drivers if they can not get a safe and comfortable seats,. Construction machinery cab operators work and activities of the space, in addition to having good vision, enough rigidity and strength, to ensure the operation environment is comfortable and convenient, man machine engineering meet, facilitate the operation efficiency, reliable work.
