和谐论文:冲突与和谐 【中文摘要】在我国社会的转型之际,教育改革随之全方位的展开,而新课程改革是我国教育改革的核心部分,新课程改革目标的实现主要还是通过师生的交往互动去完成的。所以师生交往作为师生关系建立的最基本形式和途径,日益成为教育工作者关注的焦点话题,而师生关系作为学校教育实践活动中最基本、最重要的人际关系,它自古就是教育工作者探讨的永恒话题,随着时代的变迁,越是永恒的话题就越有追问的价值和研究的意义。学校的教育教学活动主要是通过课堂上师生交往互动的方式完成的,而师生在课堂上的互动关系也不是一层不变的,既有和谐、一致的一面,也有冲突、分歧的一面。大量的教育事实表明,教师与学生是存在异质性和差异性的两类群体,发生冲突是不可避免的,我们不可漠视、否认它的存在。作为教育工作者,我们要客观的分析课堂师生冲突的现状和原因,更要正确的看待课堂师生冲突的双重功能,既要客观的分析课堂师生冲突的消极、破坏作用,又不能极端的夸大课堂师生冲突的破坏作用。我们要认识到课堂师生冲突只是师生内部互动交往的一种状态,通过采取一定的措施和策略,师生冲突是可以化解的,师生可以构建和谐、融洽的人际关系。全面、客观的分析师生冲突问题,我们会认识到师生冲突有时也是一种潜在的教育资源,我们需要接纳和利用冲突,深度挖掘师生冲突的教育价值,使师生之间最终达到一种和谐状态。笔者认为冲突与和谐是事物发展的两个不同形态,冲突中孕育着和谐的种子,和谐中隐含着冲突的因素,和谐是事物发展的理想状态。笔者选取和谐为价值取向去研究课堂师生冲突,认为课堂师生冲突是可以调和、解决的师生内部的矛盾,而不是不可调和的敌我矛盾,只有认识到这一点,才能客观的看待课堂师生冲突的消极、破坏作用,挖掘师生冲突的积极的、建设性作用,通过采取全方位的策略和措施去预防和解决课堂师生冲突,师生最终可以走向和谐,构建理想的和谐师生关系。 【英文摘要】When our country society’s reforming, The educational reform has launched along with it, But the new curriculum reform is focus of our country educational reform, The new curriculum reform goal realizes mainly interacts through teachers?and students?contact to complete.
